Altogether, the TV stand comes in three boxes. The fireplace is in one box. The cabinet arrives in two boxes. The main part of the stand (top, bottom, sides, and back) are in one box. For this configuration, the front doors are in a second box (there's another version that has open shelves instead of doors). It's a bit complicated to assemble, but there's a video that walks you through the process. I paid for the home assembly service and that was very helpful. I was frustrated that the fireplace/heater box arrived a week after the cabinet... and a week after the home assembly service. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. In the end, adding the fireplace/heater was a simple matter of placing it into the cabinet's front opening... very simple. Despite the delivery snafu, the final result is stunning and everything I hoped it would be.
