I had a bad part - a cap nut with no threads! I found the website FITUEYES dot COM and called the number. I got a voice mail, even though it was within business hours. The message gave me the person's direct email, and so I emailed the info about the problem. She sent me a new part right away, and even included 2 of them, just in case.

The stand seems very sturdy, and it was easy to assemble. The base is 27.5" x 15" -- perfect for my entertainment cabinet whose top measures 29" x 18" The "wingspan" is 33.25"

Some notes on the height adjustments. There are two positions to mount the wings. One is 5" lower than the other. There are many choices for which holes to use on the brackets that attach to the VESA holes on the TV itself. Then there are 2 hooks on the brackets to choose from that attach the TV to the wings; there are 2.25" between them. Several sets of screws (M6 and M8) are included for the VESA mount. They include spacers to use for curved TVs.

I now have my 75" TV on it and it's very sturdy. No tipping at all. The swivel was really helpful while I was hooking everything up.
